How To Return An Item
Please email [email protected].com to return merchandise and refund.
For manufacturing defects, please return the merchandise unused condition with original packing within 30 days of your purchase

Include in your return copy of the original receipt and reason for returning merchandise.
Customized merchendise while ordering can not be returned.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened .These include music, software, and video games and items with the original packing.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange,
Merchandise once received will be inspected before issuing a refund. Please ship fragile items with proper packing to avoid damage so refund can be issued.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fee will not be refunded.

Customer credit card will be charged before the merchandise is shipped out. If Customer cancels the order before merchandise is shipped out or we are not able to fulfill order for any reason, Full refund will be issue to the same payment method.
All orders are shipped as per the priority selected by customer and shipping tracking details will be provided to the customer.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have a tracking number.
The rate charged for the shipping of customer order is based on the weight of the merchandise, and shipping location. Before the final checkout , customer reviews cost of shipping before placing the order.
If an item goes on back order, IndiaEthnix LLC will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
